How email reminders work

Save a page
Click the PageVault icon, pick a project, add notes — done. No sign-up needed.
Set a reminder
Pick a date and time in the Email Reminder field. This is the only step that needs an account.
Sign in once
A sign-in prompt appears. Create a free account or log in. Your saves stay local on your browser.
Get emailed
At the scheduled time, you receive a styled email with the page title, link, and your notes.
Your data stays yours
Saved locally. Your saved pages, projects, and notes are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your machine.
We can't see your saves. We have no access to your saved pages, notes, or browsing data. We don't track, read, or store any of it on our servers.
Reminders only. When you schedule an email reminder, only that single save's title, URL, and notes are sent to our server — solely to email it back to you. Nothing else is shared.
No ads. No tracking. PageVault has no analytics, no ads, and no third-party scripts. The extension requests only the minimum permissions it needs to work.

chrome://extensionsin Chrome - 4. Enable Developer mode (top right toggle)
