1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SEO Scripts ("SEO Audit Tools", "the Service"), operated at seo-scripts-backend-smgfy6pnlq-el.a.run.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SEO Scripts provides SEO audit tools including internal link analysis, meta tag audits, content audits, image audits, keyword presence audits, and Google Analytics / Search Console reporting tools. The Service fetches and displays data for analysis purposes. Reports can be downloaded as PDF or XLSX files.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Google Account Connection
When you connect your Google account to use the Analytics Intelligence feature, you grant us read-only access to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console data through Google OAuth 2.0.
You understand and agree that:
— Data is fetched on-demand only when you click "Run"
— No analytics data is stored on our servers
— OAuth tokens are held in your browser session only
— You can disconnect at any time via the Disconnect button or at myaccount.google.com/permissions
— We will never modify or write data to your Google accounts
You must have proper authorization to access the Google Analytics and Search Console properties you connect. Do not connect accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
— Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
— Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
— Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
— Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without permission
— Connect Google accounts you do not own or have authorization to access
6. Credits and Plans
Certain audit features require credits. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Credits are consumed when you run audits. Plan details and pricing may change; we will notify users of material changes.
7. Data Accuracy
The Service provides SEO analysis and reports based on the data available at the time of the request. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis.
Google Analytics and Search Console data is subject to Google's own data processing delays (typically 24-48 hours for GSC, real-time to 24 hours for GA4). Sampling may apply for large datasets. We present data as returned by Google APIs without modification.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, features, and branding, is owned by SEO Scripts. You retain ownership of any data you input or generate through the Service. Reports you download are yours to use as you wish.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Google API quotas and rate limits may also affect availability of analytics features.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@seoscripts.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
